Q: Can I return/exchange my order?
A. Children’s World and Motherhood will accept your return or exchange of unused, unopened and defective merchandise by mail. Unused, unopened and defective merchandise may also be returned at our office at: 45 Hospital Road, Jakpa, Warri Delta State.

We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 7 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange.

Q: I received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s), what do I do?
A: If you determine that you got a wrong order, please contact us right away. Once we establish that an error was made we will ensure that you get your refund, exchange or credit towards your next order. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods, must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order. We will not be liable for any refund or exchanges thereafter.

Q: Out of Stock Item?
A: We cannot guarantee the availability of any product. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after check out, we will make a full refund or give you a credit towards future purchase.
